Designed to make home ownership a reality, Brick Capital helps qualified applicants go through the entire process of finding and purchasing a home.
Home Development
Brick Capital custom builds affordable homes that meet certain needs and budgets for families and individuals.
Rental Programs
In addition to the home programs, Brick Capital offers rental programs on its various properties to fit the needs of families or individuals.
Counseling
Brick Capital is a HUD approved housing counseling agency that provides homebuyer education courses and one-on-one housing counseling.

Brick Capital strives to increase wealth in individual families and the greater community by creating new affordable housing stock for low income families and by developing and creating supportive housing for people with disabilities and victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Brick Capital Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Together with our investors, both public and private, we provide affordable housing, education, human capital, and economic development to improve the quality of life in Lee and surrounding counties.
